Why Us

Why Dutch Fries?

You've had fries. You haven't had these — the real Dutch ritual, done right.

Fresh, Never Frozen

Farm-fresh potatoes, cut on site every day. No bag of industrial frozen cuts, no shortcuts — the way a Dutch fry shop has always done it.

The Original Dutch Potato

Not just any potato — the variety Holland fries with. High in solids, low in moisture: that is what gives you a crisp shell and a fluffy heart instead of a soggy stick.

The Double-Dutch Fry

Soaked, blanched low and slow, rested, then flashed hot to order. Two fries, one glass-like crunch — this is the part everybody skips and the part that matters.

Fried in Rice Bran Oil

Physically refined rice bran oil, with a high smoke point that keeps the fry clean and the flavour honest. Dips always on the side, so nothing ever turns soggy.

Approved in Holland. Welcomed in India.
